Without getting philosophical here, while we all experience emotions, accompanied by feelings, our feelings are not always a reliable barometerof truth.
I can think of all few times when loss felt like growth. 😉 I probably didn't look at it that way, at the time, but I can see it now. Thanks for the perspective!
